Each 50 minute combo class may contain 2-3 different pieces of equipment usage. Due to the many different pieces of equipment, class format and equipment usage is solely at the instructor's discretion.
Virtual clients may use balls, hand weights, foam rollers and flex bands to emulate studio equipment if traditional Pilates equipment is not available.
*Modifications are made as needed to ensure everyone a workout that is both safe and challenging.
