Dear Clients,

As a loyal Studio Rue client, I would like to personally thank you for your patience and flexibility as we continue to navigate through this virus-economy. It is with utmost sincerity that I directly update you on how the studio is working towards maintaining a healthy and safe environment for all at the studio.

For the safety of all parties involved, Studio Rue is offering an abbreviated schedule including; private, semi-private and select pilates classes both in-studio and virtually. Full class schedule is not set to resume until Spring 2022. To maintain the integrity of personal wellness choices, we are not requiring proof of vaccination.

Below is a list of the precautionary measures the studio continues to take to help reduce the spread of any/all infectious virus(es). Please be advised that I, Studio Rue or any affiliated instructor are not physicians nor is this a guarantee that the actions taken below will produce good or bad results. Efforts will be amended as needed. As always, class attendance is at your discretion. If you choose to attend class at the studio, please be familiar with the following:

We strive to provide Peace of Mind – The following were suggestions from clients. In keeping with the studio’s practice of providing individual modifications for each client, every effort will be made to accommodate client requests.

  • Temperature checks prior to class. A no-touch thermo-meter will be available for use. Please see instructor for screening.
  • The use of masks. PLEASE NOTE: masks will be required for entry and when moving about studio. Masks may be removed once class has begun. Due to various health concerns in relation to exercise, Studio Rue cannot require you to wear a mask while exercising. Please consult your physician about the safety of wearing a mask while exercising. If you choose to wear one during class please listen to your instructor’s cues for; class pace, spring tension and repetitions in addition to taking frequent pauses.  Bring your own mask and dispose of properly after class. Any mask left in studio will be discarded. No exceptions.

The preventative measures above will be regularly reviewed, expanded upon and evolve as necessary. In the meantime, please know all instructors at the studio are committed to doing all that we can to have the most up to date information so we can all make informed decisions regarding precautionary measures in relation to the viral infections.

Thank you! Your continued trust and support is truly appreciated.

Warmest regards always,

We'll bend sideways for you but ...

Just a quick heads up, we currently have extremely limited availability for new, in-studio clients. We’d be happy to contact you when a slot opens up which usually happens about every 1-2 months.

We know that can be a long time to wait, so we invite you to join us via Zoom – where everyone can Work Out Life’s Little Kinks© in the privacy of their own home.

If you’d like to chat to see if we’d be a good fit for you head on over to the Contact Us tab and drop us a line.
