Each 50 minute combo class contains 2-3 different pieces of equipment usage. Due to the many different pieces of equipment, class format and equipment usage is solely at the instructor's discretion.

This 40 minute class uses only 1 piece of equipment the entire class, you’ll challenge yourself with resistance training, eccentric movement and core building exercises while pumping up your heart rate with several repetitions.
